Girls, Women and ladies

This artwork portrays the power and beauty of women. I wanted to depict women as strong and tough, almost like a brick wall. I created this using old calendars that featured artwork by famous painters. Within it, there are references to the paintings Lady in Yellow Dress by Max Kurzweil, La Grande Odalisque by Jean-Auguste-Dominique Ingres, Women Walking on the Beach by Joaquín Sorolla, and Boreas by John William Waterhouse.
